What passengers mention most in their reviews
On time, even when flights are delayed
The most common comment is punctuality. Passengers write that drivers arrive early for 4 a.m. airport runs and that we track flights, so the driver is waiting even after long delays. If your flight changes, our waiting policy explains how pick-up times are adjusted.
Clean, comfortable vehicles
Reviewers often mention spotless SUVs such as the GMC Yukon and Chevrolet Suburban, with bottled water and phone chargers. See our luxury SUV limos, executive limousines and taxi mini vans for groups with lots of luggage.
Help with luggage, car seats and families
Families mention child car seats provided on request and drivers who help load and unload bags. Larger groups travel together in our minivans and SUVs.
Easy booking and 24/7 communication
Passengers like that they can book in minutes with our online booking and Toronto Pearson taxi fare calculator, and that our team answers by phone and WhatsApp around the clock. Our pre-arranged pick-up guidance video shows exactly where to meet your driver at Pearson.
Long-distance trips across Ontario
Many reviews come from passengers travelling beyond Toronto, from Peterborough, Kitchener, Brantford and Georgina to Niagara-on-the-Lake and even Mattawa. We offer long-distance limo service anywhere in Ontario, including Niagara Falls limo and taxi trips, at flat rates.
