• Cancellations or changes made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time – Free of charge
• Cancellations or changes made within 6 to 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time – Eligible for a refund with a mandatory 10% processing fee (if paid online)
• Cancellations or changes made within 3 hours of the scheduled pickup time – Full charge applies (non-refundable)
• No-shows or failure to contact us for cancellation – Non-refundable

2. Online Payment Refunds – 10% Mandatory Processing Fee

If you made your payment online using Square or Stripe, please be aware that:

• A mandatory 10% processing fee will be deducted from all online payment refunds.
• This charge is necessary because Square and Stripe impose non-refundable transaction fees, meaning we are still charged even when issuing a refund.
• We sincerely apologize for this deduction, but this policy is necessary to cover third-party processing costs.
• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days from the date of approval.
