Booking a Pre-Arranged Porter Service couldn’t be easier! Simply book with us 24 hours ahead of your travel date, and we’ll take care of the rest. Our luxury limo service not only ensures a comfortable ride, but when you pre-arrange with us, we’ll ensure that a porter is waiting to assist you the moment you arrive.
Fees Schedule:
- $25.00 for pre-arranged online booking, which includes a personalized sign with your name
- $20.00 for up to three check-in items
- $3.00 for each additional bag
- $10.00 for any pet cage or special equipment
- $10.00 transfer fee for service to Carpark, Sheraton Gateway, ALT Hotel, or another terminal

International Arrivals: Upon arriving at the baggage hall after clearing immigration, our porters will be ready to assist you. Located near the escalators in Terminal 1 or at the entrance of the baggage hall in Terminal 3, they’re only a quick request away from managing your luggage.
Domestic Arrivals: Have your Porter on standby by simply calling ahead as you land. Give us your flight number and baggage details, and a porter will meet you at the baggage area to assist with your belongings.
Departures: Whether you’re flying internationally or domestically, call 15-20 minutes before you arrive at the airport to arrange your Porter Service. Give us your airline, destination, and luggage information, and a porter will meet you at the designated terminal.
